Gus Hansen is a poker player who has won more than $25 million in his career. He was born in Denmark and is now living in the United States.

Hansen’s aggressive style of play has made him one of the most feared players at the table, but he had to make some compromises to his style when he began playing on television.

Hansen is also a writer and an author of three books: 

• “The Most Important Thing” (2007), 
• “Poker Face” (2009), 
• “Play Poker Like The Pros” (2010).

He is the highest-earning Danish poker player of all time. 

Hansen has won many poker tournaments.

In 2008, he won the Aussie Millions tournament. In 2010, he won the European Poker Tour Copenhagen tournament. Gus has also won the World Series of Poker bracelet.
